Sensational indie artists Andy Shauf and Molly Sarle are bringing their signature sounds to the Paradise Rock Club!

Andy Shauf was born in Estevan (Saskatchewan, Canada) in 1987 and is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. His musical style's best described as a blend of indie pop (a sub-genre of alternative/indie rock originating in the United Kingdom in the late 1970s and differing from indie rock to the extent that it’s more melodic, less abrasive, and relatively angst free), folk rock (a style that arose in the United States and the United Kingdom around the mid 1960s, pioneered by the Los Angeles band the Byrds, who began playing traditional folk music and songs by Bob Dylan with rock instrumentation, in a style heavily influenced by the Beatles and other British bands), and baroque pop (a sub-genre of pop that blends classical music, orchestral pop, rock, and Baroque music and features contrapuntal melodies, functional harmony patterns, and dramatic or melancholic gestures). He’s had a stellar career with 6 studio albums, 4 extended plays, and 2 Western Canadian Music Awards (for Producer of the Year and Pop Artist of the Year). He's also been nominated for a Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) Songwriting Prize, a Polaris Music Prize, 2 Canadian Independent Music Awards, and 3 Juno Awards.
