Attila – The Band, Georgia’s sensational metalcore artists are bringing their signature sounds to Paradise Rock Club!
Attila – The Bandwas formed in Atlanta in 2005 by Chris Fronzak, Sean Heenan, Sam Halcomb, Matt Booth and Kris Wilson. They met in high school through mutual friends and bonded over their love of making music and partying. Chris didn’t want to use a typical death metal band name so he chose to name it after the much feared leader of the Hunnic empire, Atilla the Hun. They honed their craft for 2 years before releasing their debut album (Fallacy) and followed it up with another one (Soundtrack to a Party) in 2008. During those years they also toured with Arsonists Get All The Girls, See You Next Tuesday, Chelsea Grin, American Me, and We Are The End. In 2010 they got a record deal with Artery Recordings and released their debut album (Rage) under the label shortly thereafter. The band’s been through many line up changes over the years and it currently consists of Chris aka Fronzilla (lead vocals), Sean (drums), Chris Linck (guitar), and Kalan Adam Blehm (bass guitar, backing vocals). They’ve had a stellar career with 6 studio albums and they’ve performed with renowned acts like We Came As Romans, Suicide Silence, and many others. Their latest album (Chaos) comes out in fall 2016.
