Pierce the Veil, California’s sensational post-hardcore artists, are bringing their signature sounds to Paradise Rock Club!
The band was formed in San Diego in 2006 by brothers Vic Fuentes (vocalist/guitarist) and Mike Fuentes (drummer) who first started playing together as the band Before Today, while they were in high school. They recruited Jaime Preciado (bass) and Tony Perry (lead guitar) to form Pierce the Veil, and released their debut album (A Flair for the Dramatic) in 2007. The band made a name for itself as a relentless touring machine by performing consistently over the next 2 years. They’ve performed with numerous renowned bands such as A Day to Remember, Chiodos, From First to Last, Emery, All Time Low, Sleeping with Sirens, The Devil Wears Prada, and Mayday Parade. They released their second studio album (Selfish Machines) in 2010 and followed it up in with Collide with the Sky in 2012. The latter featured the hit single, King for a Day, and the album debuted at #12 on the US Billboard 200 chart. Their latest album, Misadventures, is scheduled for release on May 13, 2016.
